Incorporating a meditation practice into your daily routine has the potential to change your life for the better. In fact, this is how we came to name this app “Enhance”. Whether meditation is applied to your sense of emotional wellbeing, your capacity for focus and concentration, your capacity for stronger will power, or to your ability to simply let go and relax, meditation can “enhance” every aspect of how you engage with the world. In addition, as any long term meditator will tell you, all of these benefits are just the tip of the iceberg. Ultimately, a consistent meditation practice can lead not only to the acquisition of new skills but to a deep sense of freedom, contentment, and harmony in all aspects of life.

You’ll notice in the App Store that other apps offer basic instructions on mindfulness or simple sound/music recordings to help support a meditation practice. Although these components can indeed be useful, they make up a only a small percentage of the types of meditations available. Further still, many of the apps available on meditation fail to give precise instructions on how to actually meditate. Enhance is different.

In this app, Dustin DiPerna verbally guides the listener through a series of meditations. Its like having your own personal meditation teacher there by your side each step of the way. This means that rather than merely offering music or sound as some sort of backdrop, Enhance meditation offers direct instructions as to how to master basic forms of meditation practice. Regardless of if you are a beginning meditator or someone who has been cultivating a meditation practice for years, this app is sure to provide new dimensions to your practice.

When you download and begin using this app you will gain the capacity to:

1.Enhance your Focus
2.Enhance your Compassion
3.Enhance your Will Power
4.Enhance your Relaxation
5.Enhance your Life

You will also learn:

1.Proper body posture for meditation
2.How to meditate using visualization
3.How to meditate using the breath
4.Three basic stages of concentration and focus
